It was lo- cated just below the Serpentine river facing the main street between the park and Kensington. It stretches horizontally along the street, its plan forming a parallelogram of 1,848 feet long and 408 feet wide. The whole length of the building is occupied by a main avenue through the center which is 72 feet wide.
